What diet is THE BEST?
There's a lot of information "out there" about what is the best diet. Paleo, Plant-based, Whole 360 and a lot more that the average person can't even remember. So, what's the answer? Obviously, you want to avoid processed foods, foods filled with chemicals and additives, trans fats. If you're interested in trying to live a healthy lifestyle, you've heard the list of ingredients to avoid before.
My opinion is that the best diet is the one that works for you. We all have different lifestyles. Some of us have picky eaters in the house, some of us full-time jobs (or more!), and some of us have dietary restrictions that make following some of the dietary guidelines impossible.
I think the best strategy is to experiment and find out what works best for you, and on my site, you'll find a variety of options. When I'm looking for recipes to try, my main criteria is that it be simple to make and that I can find the ingredients easily, so most of the recipes you'll find here will have that in common.
