You can still indulge your sweet tooth

Wait! What?! How can I eat clean and still have dessert? Didn't you say no sugar? Actually, no. Clean eating is no ADDED sugar. Sugars that come from natural sources such as fruits are processed by our bodies in a different way. Believe it or not, you can still enjoy things like crepes and popsicles, and that's just the tip of the iceberg.

There are a lot of studies and articles that claim chocolate is actually good for you. Even when I was losing weight at a pretty rapid pace, I was still eating chocolate almost daily. In my case, it was cocoa powder added to smoothies or dark chocolate. I used to love milk chocolate but I find when I eat it now, it's almost too sweet. So, yes, you can retrain your taste buds.
