What is clean eating and how do I start?
No doubt you've heard the term "clean eating" by now. It may sound confusing with a list of things you can and can't eat, but the truth is that it couldn't be more simple. Clean eating doesn't focus so much on carbs versus proteins versus fats but simply eating food that is as close to its "natural form" as possible. That means no ultra-processed foods (like those with added salt and sugar), fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and dried legumes.
